What cookies and browser storage do

Essential functions and consent

Essential storage supports website operation and remembers privacy choices. The website uses Consently to present consent controls and manage preferences. Its consent record may include selected categories, the time of a choice and a consent identifier. Essential consent storage is used even when optional categories are declined.

Consent settings are associated with the browser and website domain. Using another browser or device, private browsing, clearing site data, an expired preference or a material change in the consent notice can cause the banner to appear again.

Optional website analytics

The website includes a consent-controlled VisitorTracking integration to help us understand visits and improve the site. When Analytics is allowed, the integration can send page activity and browser or device information to VisitorTracking. Declining Analytics keeps this optional integration from loading through our consent controls. A category shown in the preferences panel does not necessarily mean that a tool in that category is installed.

Storage duration

Session storage ends when the browser session ends; persistent records remain until their expiry or removal. Duration depends on the tool and its configuration. Consently’s consent cookie is configured with an expiry of approximately one year. Clearing browser data removes locally stored choices and may cause the consent notice to return. Third-party analytics storage and retention are governed by the provider’s settings and policies.

Use the button below or Cookie preferences in the footer to review categories, reject optional cookies or withdraw a previous choice. Changes apply to future optional tracking; they do not automatically delete information previously received by a provider. You may contact us about that information.
